Coaching pilot - work with me
I am currently offering a small number of pilot coaching places for senior and emerging leaders who are interested in structured, reflective leadership support.
The pilot is designed for leaders who are navigating complexity, transition, influence, organisational change or questions about their next stage of leadership.
The coaching process includes six one-hour sessions, usually held every two to three weeks.

As part of the pilot, I will ask participants to provide feedback on the process and materials so I can refine the offer before making it more widely available.
About
SN Leadership & Strategy is led by Sarah, a governance, strategy and leadership advisor with more than 16 years’ executive experience across complex public sector systems.
My background spans health, human services, treasury and finance, with senior executive roles focused on policy, system reform, regulatory settings, financial governance, organisational performance and evidence-informed decision-making.
I have worked closely with Ministers, central agencies, regulators, boards, senior executives and service delivery organisations on issues requiring sound judgement, strong stakeholder engagement and practical implementation.
My work is grounded in a practical understanding of how complex systems operate, including the importance of clear roles, strong governance, evidence, accountability and the conditions that support effective implementation.
I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and have contributed to advisory governance roles across community, education and local government settings.

I combine strategic thinking with practical delivery experience. I work best with leaders and organisations who want thoughtful, honest and practical support — not jargon, off-the-shelf templates or strategy for its own sake.
